A leading multidisciplinary design studio is seeking an experienced Senior CAD Designer to join their team and take a central role in delivering interior architecture and design documentation across a diverse portfolio of high-specification projects.

This role suits someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional technical skills, and the confidence to lead drawing delivery from concept to completion. Projects span luxury hospitality, private residential, commercial workplaces, retail environments, and leisure destinations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation and organisation of detailed CAD drawings and design documentation for interiors projects.

• Collaborate with lead designers and consultants to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.

• Develop detailed plans, models, and schemes using AutoCAD and other industry tools.

• Attend site surveys when needed to ensure accurate drawings based on real-world conditions.

• Supervise and mentor a team of CAD technicians, providing technical guidance and regular feedback.

• Liaise with design professionals, FF&E specialists, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure consistency and quality in all outputs.

• Monitor drawing standards and ensure all documentation aligns with the studio's design intent and operational processes.

• Support the broader design team with Revit training and coordination as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar CAD-based interior design or architecture role.

• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with a working knowledge of Revit preferred.

• Exceptional organisational, time-management, and communication skills.

• A collaborative approach with the confidence to mentor others and uphold the studio's high standards of design and delivery.
